Lizzo

LizzoLizzo was a member of a prog-rock group in which she sang as well as occasionally played her flute. Her family moved to Denver and she was now alone, striving to make Houston her home. Lizzo lived alone in her car, and sometimes sleeping on the floor of her studio recording studio, and she washed at the gym. Lizzo lost her father at twenty years old. They were close, and it was a devastating loss. She quit the group in 2010, following her father's death. Lizzo, after only a few days in Denver, moved to Minneapolis in 2011 on the advice from a friend. Lizzo soon was in the center of the music scene. She was part of the girl groups Chalice and GRRRL PRETY. Her first album, Lizzobangers, came out in 2013 through an independent label.
